By signing up and using the G2 Support Portal directly, you have access to many features:

• “Home” and “Solutions” tabs toggle between the two pages. Above is the view of “Home”
  
• You can sign-in to the G2 Support Portal or sign up if you are a new user by clicking on the buttons on the right-hand side of the tab bar
  
• A Search field is below the tab bar to help you find possible solutions that may help you with your issue/request
• The “Announcements” section you will find articles explaining changes made within the G2 Support Portal or other important information
• Once signed in, you can use the “View Your Tickets” (status, conversation, etc.), “Open A Ticket” and “Search for the Answer” tabs
