If you have ever sent an email or submitted a ticket in the G2-IS Support Portal, an account is automatically set-up for you. To review the status of your ticket and/or make updates to the ticket, you will need to set-up a password in the Support Portal.

To set up a password / reset a password:

  1.  Go to (click on link or copy/paste in your browser): http://support.g2-is.com/support/home
  2. Select “Sign In” (upper right of UI) 

  3. Select “Forgot your password?” 

  4. Enter your email (e.x. john.doe@g2-is.com) and click "Reset my password" 

  5. Check email for reset password instructions
